Every great design starts with clear communication. We begin with a discovery call to answer your questions, get to know each other, and make sure we’re the right fit. If we’re aligned, you’ll complete a simple questionnaire that helps us understand your style, needs, and how you live—laying the foundation for a thoughtful, personalized design.
#2 In-Home Consultation
After reviewing your questionnaire, we’ll meet in your home to walk through the space and discuss your goals, budget, timeline, and vision. This collaborative consultation helps us explore possibilities, refine ideas, and lay the foundation for a home that beautifully supports your lifestyle.
#3 Onboarding
Once the project scope is defined, we’ll prepare your custom proposal and design agreement outlining fees, timelines, budget expectations, and next steps. After signing, we’ll meet for a brief onboarding session to review inspiration, discuss any final requirements, and explore layout options. With everything aligned, your project officially begins!
#4 Measurements
To ensure every detail is just right, we’ll visit your home to take precise measurements, document the space, and photograph the existing conditions. We’ll also measure any furnishings you’d like to incorporate into the design. This quick visit provides the foundation needed to bring your vision to life with accuracy and confidence.
#5 Design Phase
This is where your vision starts to come to life. We begin with space planning and floor plans to ensure the layout and flow are just right. From there, we develop the full design concept, selecting furnishings, finishes, and materials, and creating 3D renderings to help you visualize the space. Once we present the design and samples, you simply review and approve—we’ll handle the rest.
#6 Procurement
Once your design is finalized, we’ll order all approved furnishings and décor and manage the process from start to finish. From tracking shipments to coordinating deliveries, we handle the logistics so you can enjoy a seamless, stress-free experience.
#7 Implementation
Relax and leave the details to us. Once your furnishings have been received and inspected, we’ll schedule installation day and bring everything together—from furniture placement and artwork to styling and finishing touches. Then comes our favorite moment: the big reveal of your beautifully finished, move-in-ready home.
